Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent image disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
